I have the same problem with my horse ads. I have to go to the member area and click on the messages box, then check each ad for messages. I post in my ads that I don't receive emails and list my email and tell them to email me directly not through horseville but few people do that. So I have to frequently check my message area for the ads.
I contacted horseville but they didn't fix it.
