If you want free horses...heres a link with hundreds FREE./..... and the owners will probably help you with the shipping.
and these are just tb's for free....
The Horse | Available Thoroughbreds FREE to a Good Home

also, for FREE horses, check with all your rescues...they also will most likely help with the shipping to you.... free, they would be glad to have you take a horse...
or you could foster one until you found the right dream horse when it comes in ...
or as said...go to a horse auction...you could get one (or many) for nearly free and those owners would be glad to deliver...they brought the horsein a trailer, surely they can can take it to your home.
and I would say you can find all this within 20- some miles of your own home.
listen to whats being said.... its a scam.... even if pay pal protects your money... perhaps not in this case.... they will never find the people. and there you have invited all this mess into your life.
Go adopt a horse instead. You dont post your location .... Im sure there are folks on this board who can point you in the right direction to many rescues and auctions, right?

Sorry Paypal won't protect you. Only way you can get your money back through paypal is if the person leaves the money in their account. Believe me they are not going to do that.

I do know where there is 2 free weanlings. They are located in SD.

There are to many free horses or next to nothing horses in the US to be messing with these. They are pulling your chain on these horses. You can go to an auction and get needy horses cheaper than what you would be paying these folks to take your money.

I got an email a few weeks back and they wanted to board a horse here for 3 months- not unusual, but then the client had a "death in the family" so the "shipper would drop the horse and collect his delivery fee...it's all a scam, like someone said, stay here in the states and the closer the better.

its a wait and see.... I am paying nothing untill its all cleard and I recieve documentation on their transferance for legal documentation.
but I admit.. I am still and will be forever cautious untll all the ducks are in a line if you know what I mean. I am not stupid. BUt I admit... I do still believe there are good people out there.
I have no doubt this is a scam because it is the same as was offered to me.
I found a Rocky Mountain horse offered for free on a web site, may have been Horseville. I responded asking for information (location was left out of information.) I received an email saying the horse was free, they just wanted
a good home for the horse which was located in The British Camaroons, and I just needed to pay shipping. I reported it to the web site and they immediately removed the ad.

I would contact Paypal now about this. They should be able to sniff out a scam. They have records on their vendors. In case you proceed with the transaction, I would want Paypal to tell me the exact prodecure, time frame, requirements needed to prove fraud and collect a refund.
