got my paint in june but have not transfer the papers to me what should i do do i put the date a got her or the date i send it in please help

you put the date that you got her.

One thing I learned from AQHA is that the dates have to be the same on the transfer that the former owner signed and the date that you fill out as purchaser !! I assume that APHA is the same !! It saves time since the registry doesn`t have to write back to the former owner to have it clarified !!
