Default My favorite sound in the world.

Is when I go out to feed and my Arabian gelding Mister, WHO,WHO's at me. and for those who don't know what a who who is. well its kind of hard to explain, but to me that's what it sounds like he is say, WHO who who. My fiance, when we had just started dating, He didn't know what the big attration was with me and my horse, He is not a horse person (yet). He Says What is a Who Who? And when I describe the way Mister acts when I feed him, He always when I am out in the pasture or he sees me, he always greets me with a who who. So when i finally got him to come to the house and meet my horse, he learned big time what a who who was. We now live together with our boys and my horses, and now he takes pleasure in going and feeding mister just so he gets who who'd at. He loves it. He comes in and tells me, mister who who'd at me. He even bought his first horse, he bought her for me. She is a red line back dunn. and a very beautiful horse she is and a very spoiled horse she is. Now we are one big happy family with 2 beautiful baby boys and 4 horses.

Hey good for you, all of you!! It's a great feeling isn't it? I love it when I walk into the barn and hear the horses munching their hay and all is peaceful. I have 10 horses in the barn and the mares all let out a holler when someone walks in but it's to boss someone to give them something. The other horses, geldings, are quiet.

I got over and before he gets his feed he comes and puts his head on my shoulder, talking about whe you have a bad day and you go out and you get a who who and a hug it just makes my day.

Every day when I go home from work mine meet me at the end of the pasture and nicker and follow my truck all the way up the lane to the barn. And then they give me the low nickers...They know the truck. When I took the mare back this past weekend and the gelding was alone. My friend said he would nicker at every diesel that went by....they are so funny at times....When I did get home he was in the back field and didn't realize it was me until I called him then it was like YEA MOM"S HOME.....I luvs my 4 legged children...lol
