This is Possum, AQHA IMA POSSUM. He was Hubbys ranch gelding. He colic on 05/09/02007 and laid to rest. He was the heart of our farm. He was the horse everyone wanted to ride. Little tykes would go up and hug his big legs, and he would just lower his head down to them. Before my MIL passed away, she rode him in her last horse show. He was more than a horse, he was our friend and truley one of the family. ![]() ![]() ![]()

I will post pics when I reload them on photobucket But they are as follows..
Prize Aka Ty's Suprise Arab/quarter horse.. 1976 to Dec 2008 I have Prize for 18years and she was a major part of my life. She was a witch at times and I loved her so much. I lost her December 2, 2008 to colic at 31 years old. RIP my girl, you will always be loved and there is a hole in my heart where you were. Zack Aka my Lancelot. perch/fresian died July 24th 2008. Zack you were only in my life for a few months but the short time you were here you took my breath away. I brought you into my life as a rescue and planned on keeping you forever. Well our forever was short lived as you had deteriorating bone and they were going rapidly. You brought the joy into my life I was looking for, but it was snatched away to soon. I will love you forever as I promised you. RIP my Lancelot, my knight in shining armor Lucy AKA LuLu Tattood TB Died August 11, 2009 LuLu, you came into my life severly emaciated, snake bit, failing kidneys and multiple other things going on. You came from a vet that way, where you lived for her as a broodmare all your adult life. You were so sweet, funny and trusting. She got me quick. We had some great days and some not so great, but I will remember the good days as if they were yesterday. God sent you to me to let me know that it ok to let go and not feel like I have failed. I did not fail you, I sent you home where you would be free of all pain and suffering that you had endured throughout your life. RIP LuLu there is always a place here in my heart for you. |

Lovely tributes for lovely horse's.
My first horse April. She was an OTTB. Found her in a stall skin and bones. Bought her for $300.00 and she was the greatest. I lost her to a hunter who said he mistook her for a deer. Does she look like a deer to you! ![]()
