We had a friend that had a horse thats foot turned worse than that one. He kept it trimmed for about 6 months and then they put a half shoe on for 3 months and it corrected it. He has to keep him shod regularly but the foot is almost completely straight now after 2 years. If you saw him now and didn't know that he was born with a crooked foot, you would never know.

I think that with corrective trimming and having him properly shod like 4j said,, much of that can be corrected !! At least enough to make him ridable as a pleasure horse !! And I am not talking about WP !! Just for someone that enjoys a easy ride 2 or 3 times a week !!
