Yeah right... she contacted me last week and was all hot and bothered wanting to buy my saddle... after I told her we had to have the check and it had to clear first she said she was sending it.... never heard from her again... She is still the same.

Someone should pull one on her. Sell her a horse.Only when she comes to pick it up hand her a Breyer model. After she's paid of course.
Tell her if she's changed to prove it by sending a deposit. When funds clear she can come pick up the horse and pay the balance. Then give her the model.

Just how sure of that is she? Maybe local buyers or sale barn buyers won't know but anyone looking on the internet, those we can get.

Well she has a new add on here number 218199 and changed her name again to tania maglio. She said she's a recovered thief but she's still running adds under several different names.

For all those she emails, block her! Take all the email addresses she has used and mark them as spam. I can do that on yahoo. Her emails will automatically go in the spam box and you can delete it yourself or the system will after so many days. You can also put in key words that she uses and the system will automatically send it to spam even if she has changed her email. For example I was getting a lot of spam from Nigeria. Now any emails with Nigeria in them automatically go to the spam box. I would just block her out of my life if she is taking up to much space in my brain.

You cannot tell me the law cannot do something about this woman. She is definitely a crook with alias' and needs to be dealt with on the legal side. The law needs to get off their butts and take action. I do hope someone is working on this.
