I can only prove that the man sold him...I can't PROVE that the uncle knew about it. Either way, he knows now. Plus, I want Max back BEFORE I go after him for criminal charges.

Sorry about the "bite me" comment. I am a little stressed now too and you touched a very sore spot. The last time I read about this problem you had located a OK Ranger who was supposed to help you with the law enforcement in the town where Max is at. Obviously it didn't work. Why not? Is it possible to contact the ranger to see if you can do anything else? I'm so sorry this is still going on.

You don`t have to prove anything about the uncle !! He just loses anything he gave the nephew !! Only thing you have to prove is that you own the horse, you leased the horse and that person sold leased property !! That makes the uncle the receiver of stolen goods !! Whether he paid for the horse or not !! Both people are guilty !!!

I could never find anyone that knows either of them. But, may know some people that will get in there and get the horse out. They have done it before for people.
I'm sure they will need copies of all paperwork and some type of letter giving them authority to pick the horse up. Any info on the man would be helpful such as work hours because the best thing to do would be go in while no one is home. Oh and a very good description of the horse, wouldn't want to get the wrong one. will he load good and fast? Easy to catch if he's not in a stall?
I can get more details if you want me to.
