Moved because I lied? No honey thats not the case at all and I have never had anyone complain except the nut who said the horse bucked her off AFTER I told her to lunge him, and now this one. It's funny the vet you say you spoke with in such depth dosent remember you? He plainly told me he didnt know if he spoke with you or not and FURTHERMORE.....I have a farm,it's clean, the horses are all very well taken care and nobody is lacking for anything so dear you didnt save the horse from anything! Get YOUR facts straight and like I said AGAIN, people are always running to everyone who will listen and makeing the seller look bad insted of going directly with to the seller to try and work out the proble. You dont hear me saying bad things about anybody on her,it's just common sence to deal with the one who sold you the horse, and I dont remember telling you the horse came from any breeder.......I honestly think you may have me confused with someone ese on that part unless you had been asking about another horse I may have had. And yes,,,,,I do sell horses for several different people and there is no crime in it. I never knew there was a law against buying and selling a horse and I' sure this board has several farms within it who do the same thing and just because we do sell a horse and someone isnt happy dosent automaticly mean we are liars. Nobody can make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time.
I'm sorry you have such a sour attitude but I didnt do anything purposely to hurt anybody.
And may I also state that this horse was not sold with a guarantee but you know what,,,,,I would have probly given you one if you had asked.....I didnt know the horse was older than 7(if he really is) because I had the vet to age him. But you kow what.....I hae better things to do with my time than to argue about it. I wont bother to say again that you should have contacted me more than the 1 time if there was a serious problem. Oh yea, I I also would like to state, I dont have to lie about anything to sell it.......if you dont like a horse then simply dont buy it becasue it will ultimately be a great horse for someone else at some point. Sometimes I do buy a horse and sell it, it's my hobby. I'm sure alot of on here have the same hobby.......

YOU DID NOT HAVE THE VET AGE HIM!!! Quit with all the lies!! I called your vet and spoke with his secretary, she went to him with Chance/Buddy's papers and confirmed that the markings were correct...I heard her ask him if he checked his teeth for aging and I heard him say "NO, that's what the owner told me and I wrote that down." So QUIT LYING!!!

You told me you'd call me right back...did you? NO!

I've sent 5 emails...your email must be working because you apparently got this notice and I got a response in less than 1 hour...

You said you would find the emails and name of the lady you bought him from and NO I am not mistaken, I'm thinking the lies you put out get confused and YOU don't know what you've told whom, it's not right Angela, try to play the victim here but it's not working.

Whatever. I'm done here. You didnt email me 5 times with a problem and we both know it. VICTIM? what in the heck are you talking about? I never said I was a victim? I dont know what thats supposed to mean.
Tare, why didnt your trainer look at him? Isnt that part of what you have a trainer for? I mean, you dont have any right to call anyone a liar, you dont know me and how do I or anyone else on this board know that you arent a liar? EXAACTLY THATS WHAT I THOUGHT. I'm not asking to be a victim or anything else. I just want to stres the FACT that you say you spoke to the vet,now you say you spke to the secratery and by the way...Her name is Lisa and neither of them remember your conversation but thats not to say your lieng. I'm just saying they dont remember you, so whats to say he dosent remember ageing the horse? I bet he dosent even remember the color of the other 2 horses that I had with me now does he? NOOOOO.
You know.....you want to complain and so forth........but yet you wanna keep the horse?

How in the world would I know you switched the names from Buddy to Chance unless I had spoken with them? I don't know what you're trying to prove...I've got the truth on my side....I didn't say I emailed you 5x about the age discrepancy, I said I've emailed you 5x since I bought him I emailed you on 1/26, twice on 1/27, once on 2/1 and once on 2/13...that is 5x I've emailed you since I picked him up with NO response...I'm telling the truth. I didn't say I spoke to the vet, I said I called the vet and was told that YOU DID NOT HAVE HIM AGED...that they said you changed the name of the horse on the papers...that they've never treated this horse before...I don't think that vet would want to be drug in to your business...oh and yes he does remember the color of atleast one of the other ones, they said he was WHITE! That's why I knew it was the right horse because you had a WHITE pitiful looking horse on the trailer next to Chance that you were also "delivering"....You still haven't answered why you haven't called me back or emailed me...

Well, of course I want to keep the horse, I PAID for him and OVERPAID according to you...but you're not willing to do the right thing are you? Your lies catch up that's all I'm saying and wish you'd do the right thing.

Excuse me, the other horse was white indeed but she was an older mare who had been run to death by other horses and she was blanketed so you have no idea wht that mare actually looked like. Yes, she could have used a few pounds but when you have horses that run each other they will lose weight and thats what happened and I shouldnt even have to explain. She was 800.00 becasue she was an older mare, and need a little tlc and thats what she is getting right now. They love her and i'm happy for them.
I never said you were a liar about anything,i'm just saying the vet didnt remember the conversation and so what makes me think he would remember wether he aged the horse or not? I'm not argueing here anymore,I'm done with it. You want me to do the right thing? I already said if the age was wrong It wasnt on purpose,I appologized for that but i cant do anything other than appologize for it! I'm not going to give a partial refund on an awsome horse and you keep the horse and nobody else would either

HEY MA23 YOU NEED TO GROW UP! DIDNT SPOTTED SILLY SAY SHE MET YOU AND YOUR TRAINER WITH THIS HORSE? YOU BOUGHT HIM , DOES YOUR TRAINER OR YOU KNOW HOW TO AGE A HORSE, IF SO YOU SHOULD HAVE LOOKED IN HIS MOUTH TO SEE HOW OLD HE WAS! STOP THE BICKERING AND LICK YOUR WOUNDS!! I SUGGEST YOU GET ANOTHER TRAINER IF THIS ONE CANT TELL THE AGE, ITS YOUR FAULT YOU DIDNT LOOK! I THINK YOU MIGHT BE BETTER OFF WITH AN OLDER HORSE THEY ARE MUCH BETTER THAN AN YOUNGER HORSE ANYWAY, HERES A THOUGHT FOR YOU MA23, LEARN TO AGE A HORSE. ,,,,,LESSON LEARNED!!!!!!!! FOR ALL YOU HORSE BUYERS THE VET DOES CHECK FOR AGE WHEN A COGGINS IS PULLED!!!!!!!!!!!![/b]

No, a vet does not check for age with a coggins....they ASK the owner his age....PLEASE!!

For those who aren't following other threads, this Carol2005 is probably still spotted silly or her relative....I'd hate to think she's putting her daughter up to it...but since she stooped this low and signed on as a new person trying to defend the accused...I'll let you in on another secret...

She claimed MY horse was her very own daughters horse for the past 5 years..as I search further, I see that this spotted silly has changed the name of her farm and is selling the same horses under different sites....and guess what....her daughter is pictured on them the same way she had her daughter pictured on my horse....I'm starting to see the truth in all this...she markets these horses as saddleclub kids horses, pops her daughter on them for 4 pictures (she'll rarely have more than just those four taken on the same day in four different poses)..I asked for more pictures of Chance, but funny, having a horse for 5 years and you only have 4 shots of him with your daughter on him on the same day? I should have been wiser....she's a fraud...AVOID like the plague.

LOOKS TO ME LIKE YOUR THE ONE WHO HAS A DEFINITE PROBEM NOW AND YOU CAN CERTAINLY BE ASSURED THAT PEOPLE WILL NOT THINK HIGHLY OF SOMEONE WHO DOES.......
