What is your zip code so I can go see yours. Great to here from you. I have just started working with QH, 5 yo, who has not been touched in 3 years and she basically remembers everything. Same way with my almost 4 yo. Have ridden them yet all ground work down including saddling, desacking, etc. I just wish I have more time. I have 3 foals to work with plus on yearling. Take care

I am terrible, I just check for messages I promise to try to do better. My daughter shows. She barrel races and shows gaited but the only thing we clip is their bridle path and the fuzzies on the back of the fetlock. We had 9 last year and have sold down to 5. My mare, her 2008 filly, my husband twh( we are putting on here for sale) my daughter's 2 QH. We are starting the filly ground work she is very sweet. We imprint trained her at birth. We are working on parking out for showing later, it is easier to train when they are smaller. However she is 18 months old and already 14 hands.

No I do not show. They have to many rules and regulations for me and I believe in natural horsemanship. Think horse should be shown for the way they are and not have to be clipped. I just try to raise laid back foals and do their ground work. Just sold my yearling stud colt and they just love him. I was into rescue also and had to stop that as have too many right now. They are amazing animals and so intelligent and great for therapy. Working with a four year old right now with sadlle work and more ground work. She is doing great. Great to hear from you.
