Please anyone who is purchasing a beginner safe or bomb proof horse have an independent vet or recommended horse trainer go with you to visit horse. Make sure that you ask if either the vet or trainer are affliated with the owner. Get it in writing from the vet. Honest horsepeople are NOT threatened by this, and believe me paying someone up front is better, than regret later .
