I remember buying groceries and having to throw the roping saddle in the back seat so we could put them in the van.. Guy asked if hubby was a BULL rider.

Am I work nut if a new born calf gets sick at work (didn't get colostrum) and I bring it home in the backseat of my truck and nurse it back to health in the garage of my brand new built house? lol
Also, have put a baby foal in the back seat of my truck to take her to the vet. Do you know baby poo is very hard to clean up? Especially a calf that had been on electrolytes all night then finally decides to release, all over the floor of a new F-150. That truck has never smelled the same since.

You went a few years without a horse, so you finally scrimped together enough money and got a yearling and the first thing you do is bury your face in their coat and breath in as deep as you can trying to inhale every molecule of horse smell you can. That was what I missed more than anything, the smell and feel of a horse.
