Default wht size western saddle (tree)

hey yall. im still searching for a saddle to fit my TB. im loking both english and western. and clue wht size tree/bars would be best for my TB? he is pretty skinny built, with high withers. i dont think semi-quarter bars are narrow enough with enough wither clearance for him. would a gaited or arabian type saddle have more wither clearance or a narrower build? pls let me know what you think. thanks

I know where you can get the right answer: New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program. Their director is Anna or who wrote the new book Beyond The Track. Their web site is: New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program The phone number is !-937-947-4020. There is an email address on the web but I bet you get a quicker response by phone.
