This is the stupidist thing I have ever heard of. Our tax dollars at work with these stupid laws and nothing more for them to do with their time. If this place in CO, where I lived for 30 years, is equestrian, why in the world did the lady buy a place there if she cannot put up with a little crap or a lot of crap. Probably just a status thing to keep up with the Jones's in their million dollar homes. Unbelievable, what is going to happen next. No wonder our country is in such disarray. We need to get back to the basics. Wild animals with diapers? LOL. Even horses with diapers is ludicrious. Everyone have a great day!
