Exclamation Miss Snickers

I have purchased horses from Amy before and she was honest with every aspect of the horses she sold me. I don't see what yall are so upset about. I will vouch for her as in I would buy from her again. She is really good with the horses and does a good job. She has a really nice horses and she takes care of them. What else matters. I will also vouch that she is NOT a horse trader. She saves horses from people who would send them to the sale where they will end up in slaughter. She also buys horses from people that need to sell them because of loss of job, can't afford to feed them, ect. All her horses aren't just given to her. Ya'll need to get a life.

I am with miss_snickers on this.. I know her (miss_snickers) and no I haven't received a horse from her, I do know of people that have.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to make a dollar. Nothing at all. I take in rescues brought to me by the AG dept and vets. In 2 months alone, on a true rescue it is nothing to drop 2000.00 on them to get them better. Sometimes it doesn't work. One way or another they are better when they leave. If I can thoroughly rehab and unbroke horse, I send them into training and spend X amount of dollars. Do I sale them, no I don't. If I buy them, then yes I try to sell them, but a little cost, If they don't sell then I find them a good home for free.

Again there is nothing wrong with wanting to make a dollar. Buying and bettering a horse does not a horse trader make. Buying a horse, do nothing with it, keeping it short amounts of time, and turing around to sell at a profit maybe. I do not see a horse trader being willing to spend their on money to better a horse with feed or anything else.

Well, that settles that then. Cause amy does buy most of these horses and trains or retrains them, then she sells them. There is nothing wrong with that like you said. She has taken very good care of the rescues and has only asked little money for them to ensure they do go to good homes. I'm tired of hearing everyone bash her when she has done nothing wrong.

Talking

Here I am, the person you are talking about. Thanks for making my very own thread. That was so nice of you Joseph. As for the others out there who have a problem with me, you can all quit complaining now. I will no longer be taking in unwanted horses. They will be going to the slaughter house like you wanted. I hope you are happy. I will be stating my vet schooling in a couple weeks and I have to hunker down for that. Other than my schooling, I will just be working with my barrel horse and getting ready for Martha Josey. As for 4J, I do like the cut throat competition, so it's not a problem for me like it was for you. Some people just can't take the pressure like you. As for me, I will make it to the top. As for you, you just keep on trail riding and riding those slow horses. Not that I'm knocking in trail riding. I love to trail ride, but I am ready for some REAL competition now. Cricket, I appreciate you taking up for me. You too Dreamer. Big Mac, how is Reno doing? Last I heard you were taking him to the finals or something. I told you he would make a damn good cutting horse.

Ok, now Amy, I have no issue with you or what you do. None what so ever. If you read my post correctly you will see that. I can't call you a horse trader, I do not know you. There was never a mention in anyones post about the horses needing to go to slaughter, like we all want. I put me in there too, because it was directed at all. Not a fair assessment of them or me, the same way you are seeing not a fair assessment to you.

Granted, you are probably hurt and pissed about what was said. I can see that. You have every right to be. I would be as well. If you are doing good for those horses keep it up, don't let anyone say different. Only you truly know what is right and wrong in this situation.

like i said before im not against anyone making money.its a difference someone not being able to take care of horses and you take them in but amy is running add wanting people to give her unwanted horses up here in arkansas.you dont have to run adds looking for them just call your local rescue and they would be glad to give you some.but her add on the one mare was started at 1800.00 then it worked its way all the way to 325.00 finally she admitted that the horse would buck if you didnt warm it up for 15 minutes it was nowhere in first add's. and the last most people that are taking up for amy is brandnew members that just joined.if you know someone that has problems and need you to take there horses go for it but i think its wrong running add's in more than one state wanting them just for the purpose of resaling.i personally i dont give a crap what amy or her friends think about me you put your input on a forum and expect alot of different opinions.good day

I live in Georgia thank you. Don't accuse when there is no proof. I come to this site because a friend from another site said it was a good one, but I recon I was totally wrong.
