Default Trapped in flood water

Some one just sent me a message telling me about a herd of horses in Camden, AR that are trapped in a flooded pasture. At least 2 have died.
No one seems to be doing anything about trying to get them out. The girl telling me said she has called the police and sheriff about it and they won't do anything. she can't do anything alone and she doesn't know the owners or how to find out.
I told her to call the tv stations, hopefully they can help.

Tornado skipped over Emerson as far as I know. Haven't heard anyone say they had anything more than a couple of trees down and most of those are just falling over from to much water for the roots to hold.
We are having to go around the long way to get out from our house due to road washout. Road washed out on both side with a hole in the middle, some people are still going through there but I am not going that way in the big truck. My luck that is when the rest of it would cave in.
It is going to take the county and state awhile to fix all of the washouts around here. They were still working on the ones from last week and now have more.

I had to take my Mother to the doctor in Little rock that day. Her appointment was late afternoon and then we were kept waiting for 2 hours. By the time we got out of there it had begun. I drove home in a down pour, the kind where you can not even see the road.
Once we started into Sheridan it took us over a hour to get home. Highway 167 South was under water in several locations. we saw a truck at a stop sign with water up to the windows.
We finally got home about 7-7:30 only to find my barn flooded, and I do mean flooded. I've been dipping water out of stalls now for 2 days with fans blowing 24/7. I just got the damn roof fixed and now this.

Unhappy Weather

Cinch, sorry about all your water problems. I can definitely relate as have been there. It is just a mess here and yes, I had to drive home from work Friday evening in those downpours. Now I have a river through my property. I'm just glad everyone is okay and that no more horses die because of lack of concern of others.
